  • Billing Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

5. AI-Assisted Services and Data Processing

When delivering AI-Assisted Development Services, certain Client Data and project-related information may be transmitted to third-party AI platforms and tools. This section explains how data is handled in connection with AI-Assisted Services.

5.1 Data Transmitted to AI Platforms

In the course of performing AI-Assisted Services, we may transmit the following types of information to third-party AI platforms:

  • Project specifications, requirements, and descriptions
  • Code snippets, file structures, and technical documentation
  • Design assets or descriptions provided for design-to-code workflows
  • Debugging information and error logs

We take commercially reasonable steps to minimize the transmission of sensitive Client Data (such as production API keys, credentials, and personally identifiable end-user data) to AI platforms. However, the Client acknowledges that AI-assisted workflows may involve the processing of project-related data by third-party AI tools.

5.2 Third-Party AI Platform Privacy

Each third-party AI platform is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service. motionfarm.io does not control how these platforms process, store, or retain data once transmitted. We encourage Clients to review the privacy policies of any AI platforms relevant to their engagement. motionfarm.io shall not be liable for the data practices of third-party AI platforms.

5.3 Client Consent

By engaging motionfarm.io for AI-Assisted Services, the Client consents to the transmission and processing of project-related data by third-party AI platforms as necessary to perform the Services. If the Client has specific data handling restrictions or requirements (such as HIPAA, GDPR, or other regulatory constraints), the Client must notify motionfarm.io in writing before the commencement of Services so that appropriate safeguards and workflows can be established.

6. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Data and Client Data, including:

  • Secure transmission protocols for data in transit
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Secure handling of credentials and API keys during development
  • Deletion of development environments and test data after project completion upon request

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Client is solely responsible for securing production environments, servers, databases, and credentials after Deliverables are deployed, as described in our Terms of Use.

7. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers and servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

motionfarm.io will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   • Service Delivery: To employees, contractors, and the Client's assigned Dedicated Expert as necessary to perform the Services.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: To service providers who assist us in operating the Website, processing payments, analyzing usage, and delivering Services. These third parties are obligated to use your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • AI Platforms: To third-party AI tools and platforms as necessary to deliver AI-Assisted Services, as described in Section 5.
